                                      Danny Graves

Danny Graves sent shockwaves to the sports hair world in 2002 when he sported a true no-nonsense Mullet while pitching for the Cincinnati Reds.  This once laughable hairstyle ("business on top, party in the back") was now respected by the mainstream.  Tiny children throughout the greater Cincinnati area began growing Mullets and even variations like the "rat tail".  Graves has since trimmed down his mullet but its original growth remains one of the most historic sports hair moments in the last 20 years.
